Illness: If you feel like you are catching something, or have been exposed to the flu, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment till you are felling better.

Guest & Children: The salon is a space designed for a relaxing experience, and due to safety concerns with limited space we ask that you please do not bring extra people to your appointment the salon is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled client. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.

Pets: No pets are allowed unless they are licensed service dogs.

Returns & Exchanges: We guarantee the products we sell 100% and we know that you will love them. But just incase something isn't working for you we do offer exchanges on all products purchased within a 2 week period. You will be given a full retail credit of the dollar amount purchased to use in salon on your future retail purchase. Refunds are offered if the product is not damaged or used.
